Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller for the Finance team to perform economic and management analyses, prepare reports, and provide decision-making support. Key Highlights: 1. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. **Description:** ---------------- We offer a Financial Controller position to join the Company's Finance team. Immediate start, permanent contract, full-time schedule, and remuneration commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: * Perform analyses and collect necessary economic\-financial and management information for the Group to ensure its reliability and accuracy. * Conduct analyses required to prepare individual and consolidated management reports for the Company, as well as any other analyses defined by management according to corporate needs (e.g., monitoring of non-financial debt, tracking of investments\/reinvestments, development portfolio, land management dashboard, etc.). * Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement measures for management information. * Prepare reports, analyze, and monitor key management indicators periodically and proactively—both at the Company level and in detail—to support decision-making. * Provide internal support to organizational departments in preparing annual budgets and year-end forecasts, supplying criteria and foundations that ensure their validity and usefulness through prior analysis. * Review monthly adherence to the annual budget and supervise (prior to approval) any budget changes, as well as track year-end forecast estimates. * Provide internal\/external support (Executive Committee, Company departments, and auditors) regarding the Company's analytical information. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s\/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 5\-10 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office\/Excel and SAP. * Knowledge of Power Pivot and BI tools is highly valued. * Strong analytical skills.
