Manufacturing Engineer An opportunity to join a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of X-ray diagnostic imaging equipment, serving top-tier international clients. SEDECAL’s systems are deployed in clinics and hospitals across 130 countries, where reliable machines are required to support accurate clinical decision-making in patient care. New products are currently under development to provide medical staff with detailed images enabling appropriate treatment for patients, competing in a growing market with cutting-edge technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Technical responsibility for equipment manufacturing lines. * Definition of production flow, assembly processes, and packaging procedures for equipment. * Coordination of operator training on the manufacturing line. * Design of materials, fixtures, and tools for equipment production and packaging. * Development of factory jigs and fixtures. * Identification of subcontracting needs for sub-assemblies. * Management and collaboration in implementing new designs or design changes into the manufacturing process. **Employment Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary: €40k–€50k gross annual, depending on experience and expertise. * Intensive working schedule during summer. * Working hours: 8:00–17:15 (with 90 minutes flexibility for arrival and departure). * Hybrid work arrangement possible, subject to organizational needs. **Required Knowledge:** * Computer skills, especially network management. * Familiarity with and ability to adapt to highly regulated sectors (e.g., medical sector). * Computer-aided design (CAD) tools for fixture development. **Requirements (Skills and Experience):** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience. * Experience in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and automation. * Experience in low-to-medium volume manufacturing industries. * Team-oriented mindset, autonomy, and leadership capability. * Fluent communication and strong negotiation skills. * English proficiency level B2\. **Benefits:** * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare assistance, transportation allowance). * Continuous professional development. * Join an internationally recognized technology company. * Excellent working environment.
