Discarlux, a leading company in the distribution of matured beef, is seeking to hire a boner to perform the following duties: \- Production boning \- Counter boning \- Order preparation \- Prepared products \- Application and maintenance of storage and packaging conditions for carcasses, cuts, and other meat products Requirements Experience in the Butchery Department Over 5 years of experience boning large cattle Own vehicle is mandatory to access the workplace (Vallecas industrial area) Food handler's certificate is desirable Experience in production lines and the food industry Offer Stable contract with Social Security registration (replacement contract due to retirement) Morning shift (starting at 5:00 AM) Location: Vallecas Industrial Estate Gross annual salary with possibility of 12–14 payments Position type: Full-time Salary: €30,000.00–€40,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
