Description
We are seeking personnel to work in a metalworking workshop in Yuncos, Toledo. Tasks include assembling and disassembling components on the production line using hand tools and specialized machinery for metal handling. You will also verify dimensions and tolerances with measuring instruments, visually inspect finished products to ensure quality, and assist in basic maintenance and organization of the work area.
Work is performed in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (morning, afternoon, or night), according to the company's operational needs, offering flexibility for work-life balance. An initial temporary contract is offered, with potential for continuity. The company provides all necessary personal protective equipment. Immediate availability and the ability to adapt to a consistent pace are essential, as well as coordination with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Prior experience in the metal sector, especially in assembly and component handling tasks. Proven ability to use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and hammers, as well as basic knowledge of measuring instruments. Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. Ability to follow precise instructions, work collaboratively in a team, and maintain a proactive attitude. No specific academic qualifications are required; however, manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
