Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs for the Compensation and Organization area. Generate insights and recommendations to facilitate strategic decision-making. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across various tools and platforms. Data-Driven Strategy & Transformation Contribute to the roadmap for compensation transparency through analysis, reporting, and action proposals. Contribute to developing predictive analytics to anticipate needs and risks (salary costs, equity, turnover, etc.). How Do We Envision You? Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field. Certification and/or postgraduate studies in Organizational Design and Compensation are valued. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or salary planning. Technical Skills Advanced Excel proficiency, including handling large datasets and fluency with formulas. Job evaluation methodologies, salary analytics, and benchmarking.
