Job Summary: We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Service Manager to lead the remediation strategy, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure business protection. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a* ***Vulnerability Management Service Manager*** *capable of transforming security findings into concrete actions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring business protection becomes a reality.* *You will play a key role in the holistic service management, leading remediation initiatives, engaging directly with clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of security processes.* **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for directing and evolving the vulnerability management service, ensuring an effective response to identified risks and guaranteeing proper coordination among various technical and business teams. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end management of the vulnerability service, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. * Coordinate remediation plans in complex, large-scale environments. * Act as the primary reference and main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on risk reduction and operational excellence. * Coordinate infrastructure, systems, middleware, applications, and security teams. * Oversee patching, hardening, and vulnerability management processes. * Analyze trends, prioritize risks, and promote decisions based on impact and criticality. * Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and policies. **What we are looking for** * Proven experience in cybersecurity service management and vulnerability management. * Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, and Middleware platforms. * Experience leading remediation, patching, and hardening processes. * Proficiency with tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or similar. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex corporate environments. * Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
