Job Summary: We are seeking a junior candidate for the Technical Office department, responsible for construction supervision, technical development, quantity surveying and budgeting, project planning, and safety coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Construction supervision, including analysis of quality, time, and cost compliance. \- Technical development of construction solutions. \- Quantity surveying and budgeting for execution projects. \- Preliminary economic sizing. Estimations of PEM and investment costs for any real estate operation. \- Project and construction phase planning. \- Quality control programs and recording of results. \- Drafting of technical reports. \- Preparation of tender documents for execution phases. \- Budgetary comparisons for contractor award or contract lot assignment. \- Occasionally, Safety and Health Coordination during the execution phase. \- Interaction with clients and suppliers. \- Reporting to the Area Manager. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical Architect / Technical Engineer / Medium or Higher Degree. \- High proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. English and French proficiency are valued. \- Experience in preparing quantity surveys and budgets. \- Ability to technically manage projects. \- Ability to technically develop construction systems. \- Knowledge and experience in installation execution (fluid and mechanical). \- Teamwork capability. \- Proficiency in TCQ, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. \- Proficiency in Presto and Revit. \- Ability to communicate effectively with clients. \- Geographic mobility capability. \- Valid type B driver's license and willingness to travel.
