We offer you the opportunity to work as support staff for our colleagues in the Health–Social Division, **Villaverde–Madrid.**
**What are we looking for?**
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge in center-based settings. We are currently seeking a **Cook to provide support at centers across the Madrid area for medical leave replacements.**

**Responsibilities**
* Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices.
* Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
* Monitor inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping.
* Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils.
* Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.

* Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent.
* **Proven experience as a cook for at least 2 years, preferably in collective catering or similar environments.**
* In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and/or workplace hygiene standards (APPCC).
* Ability to work efficiently and manage personal time in a fast-paced work environment.
* Problem-solving skills and strong communication ability.
* **Personal vehicle and/or availability to commute to the workplace.**
* Teamwork orientation.
* Flexible availability for working hours.
