The selected candidate will benefit from contact with customers worldwide and become part of a leading and entrepreneurial team. We seek proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and technical product understanding, who, with a determined attitude, wish to develop, grow, and be part of our growth project. Responsibilities * Handle and manage post\-delivery customer incidents and requests * Train/inform customers on equipment operation * Participate in equipment installations at the customer’s location and explain their operation * Ensure customer service quality and efficiently resolve technical incidents * Generate periodic reports on incidents, response times, and applied solutions * Ensure compliance with company\-defined quality standards and response time requirements * 100% on\-site position in Móstoles Requirements Technical education Advanced English is mandatory. A test will be administered. Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles (after\-sales, technical support) Excellent communication and customer interaction skills A solution\-oriented, curious, and organized individual, capable of working under pressure and focused on results Willingness to travel occasionally Benefits Flexible working hours.
