We are developing a large-scale industrial project in the vicinity of Zaragoza, and we are seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with experience in cost management. Main responsibilities: * Prepare and update the project budget. * Measure and value executed works, verifying them on site. * Review and validate contractors’ certifications. * Control costs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare cost reports and financial projections. * Support Procurement in evaluating bids and selecting suppliers. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field (no official recognition required). * Experience: minimum 5 years in cost management in industrial construction (3 years in similar roles). * Knowledge of measurement, budgeting, and price analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and budgeting software (Presto). * English at intermediate-advanced level (B2).
