No, Mainframe is not a video game... although it has missions, screens full of commands, and you can become the protagonist.
YOUR FIRST MISSION (Your skills will gradually unlock)
* Monitor that Batch processes stay on track without getting lost.
* Detect alerts before they escalate into problems.
* Restart Jobs, release conditions, locate chains, and verify that everything returns to normal.
* Communicate with technical teams and customers when required.
* Manage incidents, emails, and follow up until resolution.
You will work with technologies such as:
* **Windows, Linux, and z/OS.**
* **SQL, Oracle, and DB2\.**
* **Control\-M, OPC, and Batch schedulers.**
* **Remedy, ServiceNow, and Maximo.**
* **Netcool, Omnibus, and Focal MF.**
ARE YOU THE ONE? We are looking for someone who...
* Has completed an ASIR vocational training program or equivalent.
* Is highly motivated to learn.
* Does not panic upon seeing a black screen full of text (we promise it eventually becomes fun).
* Enjoys solving small challenges.
* Can work effectively in a team.
* Is able to attend our offices in Ciudad Lineal (Madrid) in person.
* Is available to work 24x7 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night availability).

The first three months will be your "training mode": you will learn side-by-side with the team, fully on-site and during morning shifts. Once you master the controls, you will transition to operational service, currently combining 50% on-site presence (also during morning shifts).
