**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the complete inspection and repair of vehicles throughout the entire process: from production line exit, port reception, storage, preparation (PDI) to final delivery. * Perform Pre\-Delivery Inspections (PDI) according to established procedures, including exterior appearance, operational performance, safety checks and system updates. * Carry out pre\-delivery preparation tasks such as cleaning, adjustments and necessary repairs to ensure the vehicle meets company standards before delivery. * Provide technical support to dealerships regarding quality issues, both at delivery and in after\-sales service. * Collaborate with dealerships to efficiently manage customer complaints or delivery incidents, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. * Handle maintenance and repair of display vehicles, test drive units and internal use vehicles (e.g., resolving abnormal engine noises in demo cars or recharging batteries in hybrid vehicles), ensuring they are fully functional for testing and demonstrations. * Maintain comprehensive and traceable records of preparation, repairs and incident management at dealerships. * Collect data on vehicle quality issues, analyze it, and provide feedback to quality control and R\+D departments to drive continuous improvements. \* **About the company:** Kngloo was founded in Spain as an international company with strategic presence in China, Spain, Italy and the United States. **The company has several operational centers globally:** * Supply chain center in Shanghai * Marketing and after\-sales center in Barcelona and Milan * Logistics and storage center in Tarragona * Online sales platform in New York Under its flagship brand “Kngloo”, the company specializes in the complete automotive industry chain, including: * Production and distribution of vehicles and components * Construction and operation of networked service and repair stations * Distribution of complementary products and automotive sector derivatives Job type: Full time, Permanent contract Work location: On\-site employment Job type: Full time Work location: On\-site employment Job type: Full time, Permanent contract Salary: From €26,000.00 per year
