Description

A company dedicated to advising, designing, and creating plant-based decoration, specializing in the creation of preserved and artificial vertical gardens, as well as developing custom high-quality plant decoration projects. We need to hire a person to serve as an installer and production department technician, whose responsibilities will include: \- Installation of artificial and preserved vertical gardens \- Operation of electric tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, angle grinder, jigsaw, or similar) \- Fixing structures onto various surfaces: brick, concrete, plasterboard, porcelain tiles, and other materials. \- Knowledge of and ability to use anchoring and fastening systems for walls and ceilings. \- Loading and unloading vertical gardens, structures, tools, and materials. \- Assembly and use of ladders, small scaffolds, and other auxiliary equipment. \- Driving the company van for travel to installation sites. \- Organization, maintenance, and care of work tools, as well as spare parts management. \- Ordering hardware and materials required for successful installations. \- Representing the company on-site by delivering clean, professional, and high-quality work. \- Mobility within the Community of Madrid to assist with decorative project installations. \- Occasional mobility for projects elsewhere in Spain (maximum 3 days away). We seek a candidate who stands out for **responsibility, autonomy, and the ability to resolve on-site situations**. We especially value candidates with: \* Manual dexterity and experience using electric tools. \* Knowledge of fixings and anchoring systems. \* Ability to organize work and take care of company equipment. \* Enthusiasm for learning and continued professional growth. **Requirements** Driver's license B (mandatory). Working at Heights training course. Availability for occasional travel. Preferred qualifications: Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training. Courses related to construction, carpentry, assembly, or installations. Operation of elevated work platforms. Experience in installation or maintenance work.
