In Aranjuez (Madrid), personnel are required for concierge and security services at a center. A valid driver's license B and own vehicle are mandatory, along with conflict resolution skills and empathy. Duties include maintaining order and ensuring compliance with regulations, welcoming visitors, alcohol breath tests, data registration, distribution of food kits, shower supervision, monitoring entries and exits, driving the center's vehicle when required, performing basic maintenance tasks (electrical work, gardening, painting, plumbing), and supervising repairs carried out by external companies. A temporary contract is offered to replace an IT staff member. Availability is required from Monday to Sunday on rotating afternoon and night shifts: seven consecutive nights followed by four days off, and seven consecutive afternoons followed by three days off. The salary is €1,294.80 gross per month paid in fourteen installments.
