Job Description
Grupo 5 is a company specialized in managing and developing social and socio-healthcare services. It comprises a team of over 4\.700 professionals who provide daily support to 5\.100 individuals facing social vulnerability, aiming to improve their well-being and quality of life. We operate across more than 150 centers and services in areas including mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education.
Currently, we are seeking an Assistant Coordinator for the ATAAS Program — the Alternative and Temporary Accommodation Program targeting single-person households and couples residing in Madrid.
WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?
* Substitute the General Program Coordinator and assume their responsibilities in their absence.
* Participate in assessment interviews.
* Collaborate with educators/social workers in designing and implementing individualized and group intervention programs for each user within this accommodation program.
* Coordinate the Program in relation to Municipal Social Services as a whole.
* Resolve incidents arising during Program management.
* Assess referrals to the Program and monitor waiting lists, if applicable.
* Coordinate interventions carried out by assigned social educators, ensuring service delivery aligns with the Program’s methodological framework.
* Supervise adaptation of educational interventions.
* Support the educational team in monitoring individualized intervention programs.
* Supervise functions and tasks performed by the educational team.
* Analyze and develop proposals for improving Program implementation and execution.
* Supervise planning documents, protocols, documentation supports, etc.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data for preparation of the annual report.
* Supervise trainee staff, if applicable.
* Assist in preparing social reports for each resident.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Academic qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Social Work or Social Education, plus official certification as Director of a Social Services Center issued by the Community of Madrid.
Professional experience of 1 or more years working with populations experiencing socio-residential exclusion.
