Coordinate cross-functional projects, foster continuous improvement, and ensure digital solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with the corporate framework. Additionally, provide training, support, and documentation, collaborating closely with business, IT, and construction teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive standardization of processes across various business areas * Define the corporate framework for using collaborative platforms and other digital solutions, and promote their adoption. * Coordinate the global implementation of collaborative platforms for business process digitization * Coordinate continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up. * Coordinate training and internal communication activities * Cross-functional collaboration with functional and technical departments * Collaborate with regional and country digital teams to implement new standardized processes * Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems and develop new digital solutions * Collaborate with data management and operations teams to use information more efficiently * Coordinate with construction teams to evaluate new digital solutions enabling process digitization * Coordinate with technology vendors * Analyze business processes and operations to optimize them through technology * Develop procedures and create manuals * Evaluate and propose actions to reduce application portfolio complexity by eliminating redundancies and promoting integrated solutions. * Analyze information flows between platforms to identify integration opportunities that improve interoperability and reduce manual tasks. * Prepare technical documentation with functional requirements for new developments and integrations between corporate systems * Explore emerging technologies applicable to the business for process digitization and optimization. Propose pilots and proof-of-concept tests. * Train and support various business areas in using collaborative platforms for process digitization. * Participate in audits and regulatory compliance * **Requirements:** + University degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. + \+7 years of experience + Knowledge of the company and its processes + Promotes a digital culture. + Results-oriented + Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to document business processes + Ability to synthesize ideas and accurately document them. + Capacity to communicate clearly, lead initiatives, and manage teams. + Skills to coordinate system and platform integration projects. + Skills to define functional requirements for new developments and/or integrations. + Proven experience in digital transformation projects. Experience in a digital role on construction sites is highly valued. + Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project, Procore, Goformz, Power Automate, Jira. + Willingness to travel occasionally to construction sites across different geographies. + International experience is a plus **Seize the challenge.
