Joining our store teams means working in a co\-creation environment where we live our values and corporate purpose alongside our customers. **Will You Join Us?** We introduce you to it in this video: That’s why we count on you as a **Store Logistics Associate**, whose primary mission will be to ensure proper management of merchandise flows—from incoming goods to making them available to customers in-store or preparing deliveries via our various existing channels. **Main Responsibilities** ***Logistics Flows:*** Carry out receipt, sorting, and mechanization of merchandise arriving at the store to optimize logistics flows and ensure correct placement in sales areas, service sections, and for customers. Locate customer orders generated in-store by date to facilitate merchandise handling by the Service Department. ***Merchandise Control:*** Perform physical merchandise checks, warehouse inventories, and store stock management to ensure accurate and healthy stock levels. ***Waste Management:*** Ensure store-generated waste is managed within the legal parameters set by the company to achieve corporate social responsibility objectives. ***Maintenance of Logistics Areas:*** Keep the store’s receiving and reserve areas clean while complying with Safety regulations to guarantee safe movement within these zones. **What We Offer?** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
