Other scientific-technical degrees—such as other engineering disciplines or bachelor’s degrees—may also be considered if combined with a professional background aligned with the described responsibilities and activities. **Experience:** Proven, concrete experience of at least 2.5 years in managing or technically developing projects or services related to: * Change management processes for evolving and improving existing systems and services. * Automation of document workflows and information exploitation. * Implementation and evolution of technology tools and solutions supporting management. * Implementation and application of project management methodologies and best practices. * Governance and technical leadership processes. **Languages:** English B2, per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (e.g., DELE, BULATS). **Other Knowledge:** * Software development for process optimization. * Departmental process automation using VBA, advanced Excel, and SharePoint. * Advanced use of office productivity and project management tools: o Microsoft Office. o VBA. For AI initiative assessments, basic knowledge in the following areas will be considered a plus: o Python. o NLP. o LLMs. o RAG.
