If you have 1\- 2 years of experience in this role and hold a university degree with strategic vision, structuring ability, synthesis skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are the person we are looking for! What will your day\-to\-day look like? Understand the Firm’s strategy and participate in identifying operational change needs, thereby enriching our portfolio of initiatives and prioritizing based on impact for professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including representatives from all involved departments and professionals across all Business Units—to ensure a collaborative environment. Participate in defining the aspirational model toward which we must evolve, identifying: Necessary process improvements. The appropriate organizational structure and governance model. Required systems to implement them, including viable digitalization enhancements. Collaborate in designing and executing implementation pilots and support their development by adjusting the defined model based on results. Develop a preliminary rollout plan for the Firm and transfer knowledge to the implementation team.
