This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early\-career professional who wants to build a career in data science, analytics and artificial intelligence while working on real business challenges. In this role, you will support the design and development of data\-driven solutions for internal and client projects. You will work closely with senior professionals, helping to analyze data, generate insights, build visualizations and contribute to the development of AI\-based tools and machine learning solutions. We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, a genuine interest in data and technology, and the motivation to learn fast in a collaborative and hands\-on environment. Key responsibilities: * Assist in data collection, cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high\-quality datasets. * Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights. * Support the development of predictive models and machine learning solutions. * Create visualizations, dashboards and reports to communicate findings clearly. * Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. * Contribute to the development of AI tools and internal innovation initiatives. * Help document processes, methodologies and best practices. **Requirements*** Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field. * Strong interest in data science, analytics and artificial intelligence. * Good knowledge of Python for data analysis and basic machine learning. * Good command of Excel and confidence working with data in structured formats. * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to explain ideas clearly. * Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow in a fast\-paced environment. * 0–2 years of experience in a similar role is valued, but not required. * Legal right to work in Spain / EU. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid. **Benefits*** Join an exciting project that’s transforming how AI tools are built. * Enjoy flexibility: work remotely 2 days per week in a hybrid model. * Permanent contract with a 3\-month probation period. * Salary range: €22,000–€30,000 gross per year. * Professional development plan to support your career growth. * Be part of a collaborative, dynamic environment where continuous learning is a priority. * Work on innovative projects in analytics, automation and artificial intelligence.
