Job Summary: We are seeking a cutting machine programmer for an industrial environment, responsible for interpreting technical drawings to achieve precise cuts and coordinating with production teams, with emphasis on attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Programming and setup of cutting machines in an industrial environment. 2. Interpretation of technical drawings for precise cuts and productive efficiency. 3. Collaboration with production teams and continuous improvement within an industrial context. In Cadrete, we are looking for a person to program and set up cutting machines in an industrial environment. Interpreting technical drawings and documentation is essential to create accurate programs, ensuring cuts are executed efficiently and components meet required specifications. This helps optimize resources and reduce machine downtime. The position also involves coordinating with the production department to align processes and make adjustments according to manufacturing requirements, as well as providing support for technical drawing tasks. A meticulous individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve technical problems during cutting preparation or execution is required. This role operates within an industrial context that values precision and reliability. It goes beyond operating machinery—it requires understanding workflow processes to contribute to continuous improvement, applying technical knowledge to maintain quality and production standards. A Technical Vocational Qualification is required. Prior experience or solid knowledge in cutting machine programming is mandatory. Experience specifically programming TRUMPF machines using BOOST software is highly desirable. Familiarity with technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD and Solid Edge is advantageous.
