About the Position: The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling and erecting metal structures, both at our workshop facilities and directly on construction sites. This role requires great attention to detail, precision, and in-depth knowledge of industry-specific techniques and tools. We seek a proactive individual capable of interpreting technical drawings and who consistently prioritizes safety and quality in every task performed. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out the assembly and erection of various metal structures in accordance with technical specifications and provided drawings. - Perform tasks both in workshop environments and outdoors, adapting to the conditions of each work setting. - Accurately interpret technical drawings, sketches, and schematics to ensure correct assembly execution. - Expertly use a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, drilling, and fastening metal components. - Ensure strict compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and with the company’s and industry’s quality standards. - Actively collaborate with the team, maintaining smooth and efficient communication to support successful project delivery. - Participate in preparation and organization of materials required for assembly. - Report any incidents or deviations identified during the assembly process. Essential Requirements: - Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience assembling metal structures. - Drawing Interpretation: Solid knowledge and ability to interpret technical and assembly drawings. - Tool Handling: Practical experience using hand tools (wrenches, hammers, manual drills, etc.) and power tools (angle grinders, electric drills, metal saws, etc.). - Materials Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of metal profiles and joining systems. - Safety Regulations: Knowledge of and ability to apply basic safety measures in industrial and construction site environments. - Work Capacity: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. - Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally to various construction sites or locations as project needs require. Preferred Qualifications: - Welding Training: Certifications or demonstrable experience in welding techniques. - Aerial Work Platform License: Certification and experience operating aerial platforms (scissor lifts, articulating booms, etc.). - Occupational Risk Prevention Course (PRL): Specific training in risk prevention within the construction or metal sector.
