Promote commercial initiatives and ensure a unique shopping experience. **Your Responsibilities at C\&A** --------------------------------- As Store Manager of one of our stores in Zaragoza, your primary mission will be to coordinate the store and achieve commercial objectives while leading a team of professionals. You will be responsible for: * Commercial Management: Promote commercial initiatives to boost sales. Define priorities and plan tasks to ensure execution of established guidelines. * Customer Orientation: You will be responsible for team training and ensuring customer-focused service, delivering a unique shopping experience. * Marketing and Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper store layout and image, following provided guidelines and adapting to the current commercial context. * Team Leadership: Oversee team training, motivation, onboarding and follow-up of new staff. * Procedures: Understand and ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Results: Monitor and analyze KPIs. **What We Expect From You** ----------------------- * Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, leading teams, with proactivity, customer orientation, and results orientation. * University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. * Experience working with metrics and KPIs. * Computer proficiency: User of office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.). * Advanced level of English. * Passion for the fashion industry.
