The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the hotel’s wine cellar, the creation and updating of the wine list, and providing personalized wine recommendations to our guests in close collaboration with the front-of-house and kitchen teams. OBJECTIVES The Sommelier’s primary objective is to elevate the guest’s gastronomic experience through careful wine selection, presentation, and food pairing, conveying the essence of Mallorcan terroir and the hotel’s culinary philosophy.
