




We are seeking an experienced chef for a Japanese restaurant in Heroísmo. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the kitchen is required; specialized culinary training is considered an asset. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing ingredients such as vegetables and meats, preparing base broths according to traditional recipes, and cooking and final plating of dishes. Ensuring flavor and texture quality is essential, as is strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations to guarantee impeccable service. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with weekly days off on Sundays and Mondays. Working hours are continuous Monday through Friday mornings, and split shifts on Saturdays. Salary will be set in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Agreement for the Chef category.
