




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with basic education and relevant experience to perform duties including telephone reception, mail management, visitor reception, public service, and security patrols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone switchboard and mail management 2. Reception of visitors and public 3. Facility organization and building security patrols Candidates must possess basic education (EGB or ESO) or equivalent, and prior experience in similar roles. Intermediate computer skills, foreign language proficiency, and basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management are desirable. Duties include answering switchboard calls, managing incoming and distribution of mail and courier deliveries, receiving visitors, and assisting the public requesting information. Additionally, preparing facilities for opening and closing, organizing and booking meeting rooms, and conducting security patrols throughout the building. A part-time position is offered with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: morning shift (07:00\-15:00\), afternoon shift (15:00\-23:00\), or night shift (23:00\-07:00\). The contract is temporary. Location: Zaragoza.
