You will play a key role in expanding and consolidating the company's strategic customer portfolio. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?** ------------------------------- Your main responsibilities will include: * Identifying potential customers within the mid-market segment. * Maintaining continuous contact with existing and potential customers. * Analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs. * Developing and strengthening long-term business relationships. * Controlling costs and sales processes to ensure profitability. * Coordinating purchasing and delivery processes with customers and internal departments. * Reporting opportunities and activities in the CRM. * Representing the company at business events, trade fairs, and networking activities. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Economics, Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar. A Master’s in Sales Management, Marketing, or MBA will be valued. * **Languages:** Advanced level of English. * **Experience:** + **3 to 5 years in B2B sales**, ideally in enterprise technology solutions. + Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or others). * Proven ability in account management and customer development. * Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. * Knowledge of purchasing and commercial logistics processes.
