We are seeking talents to join our team in building data centers in Zaragoza, a key infrastructure for next-generation digital services. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with leadership skills to oversee the execution of electrical installations in a project involving advanced technological infrastructure construction. The Electrical Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing the team of electricians on site, organizing tasks, and ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, electrical regulations, quality specifications, and safety standards. This role is essential for daily electrical progress on site and requires a candidate with solid practical experience and strong leadership capabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate daily the on-site personnel under their charge (electricians, assistants) during the execution of electrical installations. * Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure correct installation of wiring, electrical panels, cable trays, lighting fixtures, grounding systems, etc. * Organize work shifts, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of electrical labor. * Ensure strict compliance with the Low Voltage Electrical Regulations (REBT) and other applicable electrical codes, as well as health and safety regulations. * Monitor the quality of received electrical materials and completed work, identifying potential deviations and reporting them. * Manage the efficient use of tools, measuring equipment, and machinery assigned to their area. * Assist in resolving minor technical issues arising on site. * Report work progress, material requirements, and incidents to the site manager or Electrical Manager (if applicable). * Ensure order and cleanliness in their work area. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electrotechnical Installations, Electrical Maintenance, or equivalent. * Authorized installer license desirable. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, preferably in large industrial, tertiary, or complex infrastructures (Data Centers, substations). * Strong practical knowledge in assembly, installation, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, grounding systems, structured cabling, and lighting. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize work, and solve problems on site. * Strong focus on electrical safety and quality execution. * Communication and teamwork skills.
