This is essential due to the high technical complexity of the role and product. We will value specialization in fields related to electricity, electronics, telecommunications, etc., since these types of systems and equipment are a fundamental part of our vehicles. * Previous experience in roles related to test management, deliveries, maintenance and commissioning of complex equipment is valued, but not essential. Of course, you will need to use English daily. * A key part of this role involves commissioning the railway vehicles we have manufactured, so, as you will work on projects worldwide, you must have full availability to travel and even reside abroad, as some of our projects last several years. **What will be your mission in the company?** Some of your main missions, after an initial adaptation and training period, will be: * Supervise and coordinate vehicle testing protocols for assigned railway projects, with the goal of minimizing incidents and claims from the Customer. * Resolve functional issues that may arise in some of our equipment and systems. Often, to identify the root cause of an issue, you will need to interact with other departments, suppliers and experts around the world. * Organize the teams of Technicians under your responsibility. * Plan day-to-day operations according to established objectives for deadlines, safety and customer service quality.
