




In Zaragoza, an administrative employee is sought to join the team of a driving school. Main responsibilities include customer service, both in-person and over the phone, as well as commercial follow-up. The candidate will also be required to manage an internal application for handling teachers, students, cash register, and invoicing. Additionally, it will be necessary to carry out procedures with the Provincial Traffic Department, such as submitting notifications, resolving inquiries, preparing exam lists, and managing fees. Bank transactions will also be performed. Professional training in administration and finance, computer science, commerce and marketing is required, along with office software skills. The contract is full-time and permanent, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 20:00, and on Fridays from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 19:00. The position is located in Zaragoza, and training will be provided by the administrative staff from the start until December.
