Support is also provided to the production line as needed. Work is organized in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, adapting to production requirements. Physical stamina is required for repetitive tasks involving exertion. Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility regarding food industry safety and hygiene regulations are highly valued.
