With more than 12,000 employees and presence in 11 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Turkey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and United States), the Saica Group has four business lines: production of recycled paper for corrugated board (Saica Paper), waste management and environmental services (Saica Natur), production of corrugated cardboard packaging (Saica Pack) and flexible packaging (Saica Flex). **Job Description** Main Tasks / Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Equality and Environmental Policies. * Provide administrative and commercial customer service for the assigned client portfolio in accordance with current environmental / administrative legislation. * Provide administrative and commercial support to account managers. * Coordinate both administrative and commercial staff at plants to ensure proper implementation of conditions negotiated with the client. * Coordinate administrative / commercial activities with Logistics and Maintenance departments for incident management / resolution. * Update and maintain purchase prices and/or service pricing in the system. * Carry out necessary procedures to issue invoices according to customer requirements and their invoicing system / process. * Identify operational / administrative improvements and new business opportunities together with the account manager to contribute to company profitability and customer retention. * Coordinate and manage incidents from clients in your portfolio according to the External Non-Conformities procedure. **Job Requirements** You will enjoy working at Saica if: Care: You enjoy working in a team, supporting your colleagues and sharing your ideas.
