Country Spain Province Monforte de Lemos \- Lugo Application Deadline 17/10/2026 Category Administration and Finance **Information about the NGO** Provivienda Association **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** % response rate: 85.05% **info** **Objective** ------------ **Workplace**: *Orense Street 83, ground floor, 27400 (Monforte de Lemos)* **Program**: *International Protection Reception System through concerted action* 27065.89 euros **Contract Type:** *Permanent* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *6 months* **Hierarchical Reporting Line:** *International Protection Coordinator, Monforte de Lemos* **Functional Reporting Line:** *Migration and Refugee Area Coordinator* **JOB MISSION** * Provide social accompaniment to individuals within the Reception System. * Facilitate personal, social, and integration development pathways in the host country. * Promote social inclusion and autonomy of project participants through network-based collaboration with community resources and group interventions. **JOB FUNCTIONS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Initial reception, social and family interviews. * Design of social intervention plans for families and program participants. * Coverage of needs and management of program-provided support services. * Support during visits to project housing units. * Support in monitoring cohabitation. * Management of registrations and deregistrations. * Preparation of reports on: admission, follow-up, extension proposals, transfer, mandatory/cautionary withdrawal, and referrals. * Network-based collaboration. * Coordination with professionals from other resources and services. * Registration in the information system of case files for families and individuals served, along with follow-ups and interventions carried out. * Support in drafting technical reports and program follow-up reports. * Team meetings. * Case supervision meetings. * Accompaniment to specialized resources and services. * Coordination with other project work areas. * Design, facilitation, and evaluation of group activities. **BENEFITS**: * Flexible entry and exit times. * Part-time telework. * For full annual working days: 60 hours of discretionary time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Opportunities for professional career growth and development. * PC and smartphone with access to M365 environment. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. **Profile:** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or Social Work. **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING** * Training and/or experience in migration. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum one year of experience in projects supporting asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection. * Experience providing social accompaniment to families at risk of social exclusion. * Experience applying a gender/LGBTI\+ perspective. * Experience working in NGOs and within collaborative networks. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * For social worker profiles: registration with the Galician College of Social Work or eligibility for such registration. * User-level computer skills (Office). * Certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offenses. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of a second language, especially Arabic, English, French, or Ukrainian. * Training in international migration. * Experience designing social projects using the logical framework approach. * Training in mediation for conflict resolution. * Experience managing volunteer programs. * Training in gender-based and equality-focused interventions. * Disability certificate indicating at least 33% disability. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **COMPETENCIES** * Commitment to the organization and strategic vision. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Participant-centered orientation. * Empathy. * Frustration tolerance. * Effective communication. **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Permanent **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 17/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
