Responsibilities: * Plan and organize various training programs (homologation and presentation) * Monitor and implement training programs. * Manage the search and selection of teachers. * Student recruitment. * Maintain contact with Public Administrations. * Perform document control, prepare reports, and update the database. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established goals. We Offer: * Full-time position. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 15:00 and 16:00 to 19:00; Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. * Immediate incorporation. Profile: * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related to the field (Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, Labor Relations and Human Resources, etc.). * Work Experience: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable experience in EMPLOYMENT TRAINING programs working with vulnerable groups (individuals with special insertion difficulties, immigrants, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, individuals over 45 years old, women, youth, etc.). * Proficiency in Office suite, internet, and digital tools. * Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle. **Profile:** Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or related fields. Verifiable Experience: Minimum of 6 months in EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS working with vulnerable groups (long-term unemployed, individuals over 45 years old, people with disabilities, youth, women with special difficulties, etc.). Skills: Proficiency in Office suite, internet, and digital tools. Experience in prospecting and commercial skills will be valued.
