Position Summary: We are seeking an Urban Development Site Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient resource management. Technical issue resolution with sound judgment We require a person based in Cangas de Onís (Asturias) to manage and supervise urban development projects. Main responsibilities include detailed planning, continuous coordination, and technical, economic, and schedule-related supervision of projects. The primary task will be scheduling various work phases, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplies. Daily site operations will also be organized, strictly adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, while efficiently managing both personnel and available materials. Progress updates will be reported to the technical management team, and any arising issues will be resolved promptly. Proven experience in urban development projects is required, particularly in pavement construction and sidewalk execution. The ability to interpret technical drawings, effectively manage resources, and resolve technical issues with sound judgment is essential. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for commuting to the worksite. The contract will be temporary, lasting two months, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, and remuneration aligned with the applicable collective agreement.
