If you believe you meet the expectations and see this role as a valuable opportunity for your career path, please apply with your English CV! **Job Description / Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily construction activities on\-site in accordance with project specifications, technical drawings, and HSE regulations. * Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards. * Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow. * Support the Project Management in resolving technical and operational challenges on\-site. * Review and interpret technical drawings to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently. * Ensure the implementation of Synergy’s HSE policies and promote a safe work environment. * Prepare and maintain daily site documentation, including progress reports and records. * Assist in the preparation of as\-built documentation and project handover procedures. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within construction projects. * Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications. * Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). * Proactive, disciplined, and solution\-oriented personality. * Located in Spain (preferred in Zaragoza) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and professional development opportunities. * Daily hot meals on\-site. * Company phone and laptop. * Access to LinkedIn Learning resources. * A collaborative, international work culture that values your input. * A key role in innovative construction projects in Spain.
