Requirements for these positions include a minimum of one year of experience in cleaning tasks. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting are also required. Other related skills or training will be positively considered. Responsibilities will include cleaning and maintenance of common areas in residential communities and offices located in industrial parks. The contract will initially be temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Working hours are part-time, 30 hours per week, though this could increase to 40 hours depending on service needs. The schedule is flexible, allowing work to be carried out between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
