Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Non-Food Market team who will deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. Key Highlights: 1. Exceptional customer service and support in store operations 2. Merchandise management: receiving, restocking, and product rotation 3. Versatility across Home, Bazaar, and Textile departments As a member of the Non-Food Market team, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering outstanding service to customers by applying Alcampo’s established Welcome Model and providing information to meet their needs. * Performing and/or supervising the receipt of incoming merchandise, ensuring optimal product entry conditions. * Restocking, front-facing, and rotating products on shelves to prevent stockouts and inventory loss. * Supporting the Store Manager in conducting inventories, placing orders, and transferring merchandise. * Performing duties with versatility across the Home, Bazaar, and Textile departments. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising assigned shelving to ensure attractive product presentation. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * Prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Non-Food Salesperson, Bazaar, Home, or Textile Salesperson. * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Basic proficiency in office software.
