In addition, you will receive social benefits. **What will be your responsibilities?** Reporting directly to senior management and leading a team, you will drive the Group’s information technology strategy, ensuring alignment of systems, tools, infrastructure, and cybersecurity measures with the Group’s overall objectives. You will champion the development and integration of artificial intelligence, playing a key role in the Organization’s technological innovation and evolution, while guaranteeing the availability, security, and efficiency of all technological resources. Your responsibilities will include: * **Leadership of the Systems technical team:** Development and management of your direct and indirect team (including external collaborators and IT service providers). * **Technology–business objectives liaison:** You will serve as the bridge between technological strategy and diverse business objectives, promoting innovation and operational efficiency. Your projects will be critical at both corporate and departmental levels, impacting essential areas such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Transformation, People, among others. * **Technology project management:** You will direct, plan, supervise, control, and prioritize technology projects across the Group, ensuring alignment with business needs and proper execution within schedule and budget. * **Technology infrastructure:** You will design, plan, and oversee the existing technology infrastructure and technical resources, guaranteeing IT service delivery with the security and availability demanded by the business. * **Cybersecurity:** You will design, plan, and oversee cybersecurity policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with standards and required security levels. * **IT budget and technology investment control:** You will define, control, and oversee the IT budget and technology investments, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and investment ROI. * **Management of external vendors:** You will coordinate and supervise technology and external infrastructure providers, ensuring their efficient integration and the quality of services delivered. * **Technology improvement proposals:** You will provide recommendations and proposals to enhance the technology infrastructure and IT tools, aiming to optimize business efficiency and results. * **KPI monitoring:** You will manage key performance indicators for the area, preparing necessary reports and dashboards for senior management. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Postgraduate qualifications related to IT and/or business management—such as an MBA—will be highly valued. * Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Systems, including at least 4 years in a departmental leadership role, is mandatory. * Experience in distribution and fast-moving consumer goods sectors—as well as in industrial environments with a significant logistics and distribution component—will be especially valued. * Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance is required, along with proficiency in ERP systems (especially SAP), industrial automation solutions, and ERP integrations. Experience is also required in on-premise and cloud system architecture, infrastructure and network management, digital transformation, process automation, and system integration. * And most importantly—you: We need a professional with a positive attitude who approaches challenges and projects with enthusiasm and ambition.
