Collaborative and goal-oriented work environment. 27/02/2026 100% Remote Work, Spain Up to 48\.000€ At BIGZON, we are seeking a Cybersecurity and GRC Specialist (M/F/X) to join a major international project in the consumer finance sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate the development and continuous maintenance of Cyber Framework, Cyber & IT Risk policies, including related controls and KRIs. Coordinate plans to mitigate deficiencies in cyber and IT risk policies related to all identified issues. Oversee control and compliance reporting for IT Risk & Cyber indicators, issues and remediation plans, and control assurance processes. Coordinate implementation of cyber requirements in international projects. Liaise with vendors and manage contracts and service agreements to ensure adherence to cyber policies. Participate in committees by presenting cybersecurity improvements and challenges. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity, with focus on Technology Risk and Compliance. Fluent English. Project management experience. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholder levels. Documentation and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Any certification in cybersecurity/network security or IT audit/risk management—e.g., CISSP, CEH, ISACA (CISM/CSX/CISA)—or equivalent. **WORK MODALITY:** 100% remote work.
