You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and take responsibility for project execution and safety control—planning, coordinating, supervising, and advising Site Managers while monitoring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements. You will be responsible for certifying monthly the works completed—both those carried out in-house and those executed by subcontractors—validating the work delivered by external companies. **What will make you succeed in this role?** To feel comfortable in this position, you must hold technical qualifications and have at least five years’ experience in construction, with candidates from the interior design sector being especially valued. Proficiency in French and/or English at least at B2 level and willingness to travel internationally are required.
