**Description:** ---------------- For our facility in Zuera, dedicated to the production of compost, soil amendments, substrates, and organic-based fertilizers with high agronomic value and soil protection. We are looking to hire a **PALISTA** with experience operating heavy machinery for earthmoving, loading and unloading materials, and auxiliary tasks. The candidate will primarily operate loaders for agricultural earthmoving, ensuring proper operation and basic maintenance of machinery, as well as compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Safe and efficient operation of front-end loader and/or backhoe. * Loading and unloading of aggregates, materials, and debris. * Earthmoving operations. * Daily inspection of machinery condition and reporting of incidents. * Collaboration with the rest of the site team to optimize time and resources. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a PALISTA. * Valid operator's license for heavy machinery. * Commitment to workplace safety and ability to work in a team. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time hours. * Salary based on experience, starting from collective agreement rate: 25,000€ * Rotating weekly schedule from 7:00 to 15:00 and 10:00 to 18:00. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Previous experience in palletizing or related roles. * Ability to lift heavy objects. * Availability to work morning or mid-shift. * Teamwork and good communication skills. * Knowledge of occupational safety.
