What does ACTECO offer? * Initial training to facilitate job adaptation. * Indefinite full-time contract (40 hours/week). * Fixed night shift schedule (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM\) * Versatility across other departments after initial training in company procedures. What are the job responsibilities? * Operating the forklift. * Loading and unloading goods arriving at the plant. * Storage according to materials in process, characteristics of raw materials (bulk or baled), and requirements for sorting and quality classification: identifying, preparing, labeling, and storing waste according to procedure. * Feeding and monitoring the press machine. * Adjusting press operating parameters (pressure, bale length) based on processed materials. * Verifying proper operation of section machinery, with special attention to blockages/jams and the strapping system. * Removing and storing finished products (bales) where designated. * Stacking bales safely in compliance with internal safety regulations regarding height and stacking configuration to prevent collapse. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. **Requirements:** --------------- What do you need to apply for this position? * Demonstrable forklift operation experience (minimum 1 year) is mandatory. * Valid forklift license/certification. * Prior work experience in industrial environments and/or warehouses. * Experience in the waste management sector is desirable.
