Acciona, within its construction business line, is seeking to incorporate a Civil Works Site Manager for an important urban development project in Zaragoza. Responsibilities: * Overall supervision of field work and coordination among different parties. * Experience managing labor force and equipment. * Experience in civil works construction. * Organization of workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage, loading/unloading of required materials. * Monitoring and tracking of process execution. * Control and monitoring of schedule compliance. * Interpretation of blueprints and specifications. * Supervision and organization of work crews and assignment of tasks to workers. * Receipt, organization, and calculation of materials. * Control of required resources, machinery, and materials. * Supervision and verification of work processes and results. Job Description Mission: To coordinate and supervise the execution of operational tasks within their unit/department according to established procedures, autonomously selecting and redefining specific operational methods adapted to the project's particularities. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Among their most common duties are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing cost estimates, planning and scheduling construction phases, supervising subcontractor activities and subordinate or manual personnel, verifying progress and work quality throughout all project stages, representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Candidate Requirements * More than 5 years of experience in similar positions as a General Foreman in construction projects. * Geographic mobility.
