Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Tractor Operator to drive and operate tractors, perform basic machinery maintenance, and comply with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible, organized person with teamwork skills Linking Talent is selecting a **Tractor Operator** for our client, a company located in Fuentes de Ebro. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Driving and operating tractors. * Preparing and performing basic maintenance on machinery before and after use. * Complying with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of machinery and the workplace. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a candidate with prior experience driving tractors on agricultural farms, meeting the following requirements: * Previous experience as a tractor operator in olive groves, almond orchards, or similar crops. * Valid driver’s license for tractor operation. * Basic knowledge of tractor and agricultural implement maintenance and safety. * **Personal vehicle** to commute to the workplace in Fuentes de Ebro. * Responsible, organized person with teamwork skills. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 (in summer: 7:00–15:00). * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Competitive salary.
