We are seeking an industrial operator for the plant in Zuera. Responsibilities include handling manual tools, manufacturing glazing units, and performing double glazing. This involves safely handling glass, operating specialized machinery, and ensuring quality control at each stage. The work environment is dynamic and demands attention to detail, as well as strict compliance with safety regulations. The production team collaborates to achieve daily targets. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes on the production lines is highly valued. Continuous training is provided to develop technical skills and support professional growth, within an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication. Working conditions include rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. After an initial period, there is an opportunity to join the permanent staff under a stable employment contract.
