What are we looking for? People with interpersonal skills, leadership ability, adaptability to dynamic environments, and teamwork capability. As a SHIFT MANAGER in our supermarkets, your responsibilities will include: * Acting as our customers' host—understanding their needs and contributing to their loyalty. * Ensuring proper merchandise implementation in-store, paying close attention to product quality and freshness, and guaranteeing product availability. * Leading and coordinating the store team, supporting them in achieving sales targets. * Ensuring the smooth operation of store facilities. * Participating in profit-and-loss account management. We would love to meet you if you have: * Compulsory Secondary Education (minimum required qualification). * Skills: customer orientation, teamwork, proactivity. * Prior experience is valued but not mandatory.
