We seek a professional with experience in large-scale electrical installations, leadership and organizational skills, who is eager to assume responsibility for supervising electrical execution in highly technical projects. This position combines team coordination, site supervision, quality control, and compliance with safety standards specific to critical infrastructures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site electrical installation execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and scheduled deadlines. * Coordinate and organize the work of in-house teams, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines. * Interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to ensure correct installation of critical systems. * Supervise conduit installation, cabling, electrical panels, UPS systems, transformers, generators, and other electrical installations. * Control execution quality, electrical testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), LOTO procedures, and maintain technical documentation and site reports. Requirements * Technical education in Electricity, Electrical Installations, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in **electrical installations within construction projects**. * Prior experience in Data Centers, critical infrastructures, or industrial projects is highly valued. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training for on-site work. * Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, P\&ID, and layouts. * Familiarity with construction planning and control tools. * Availability for nationwide travel. **We will value:** * Experience in MEP installations or critical infrastructures. * Knowledge of critical electrical systems for Data Centers. * English language proficiency. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Organization, planning, and results orientation. * Technical issue resolution and multidisciplinary coordination ability. * Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
