At **Odeon Multicines Narón**, we are looking for a committed, proactive Manager or Supervisor with a strong customer-service orientation to join our team. **Your Responsibilities:** As the cinema’s responsible person, your main duties will include: * Managing the day-to-day operations of the cinema complex. * Leading, coordinating, and motivating the workforce (box office, bar, auditorium, cleaning). * Ensuring an excellent customer experience by resolving incidents and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. * Overseeing daily operations: scheduling, opening/closing procedures, ordering, basic maintenance. * Monitoring key performance indicators (sales, attendance, satisfaction). * Implementing and enforcing safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. * Coordinating with programming, marketing, and IT support departments to execute campaigns, promotions, and special events. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (retail, leisure, hospitality, or large-scale distribution). * Leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Customer orientation and commercial awareness. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Preferred: studies in business administration, hospitality, or related fields; basic/intermediate English; computer literacy. **Location:** * Odeon Multicines Narón – C.
