Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage the maintenance department, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prior experience and proficiency in tools such as Navision and Excel are valued The candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance department, including inventory control, coordination with suppliers, and providing support to field technicians. Tasks include receiving and coding technical materials, managing procurement—including negotiation of quotations and delivery schedules—and resolving incidents with domestic and international suppliers. Spare parts are also prepared and supplied, anticipating needs to ensure uninterrupted operations. The responsible person will handle document management, recording material receipts and dispatches, correctly labeling items, and archiving delivery notes and invoices. Additionally, they will supervise fleet maintenance for forklifts and oversee the sharpening and rotation cycle of production blades. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and proactively are required to contribute to departmental efficiency. Prior experience in similar roles and English language proficiency are advantageous. ERP system experience—particularly Navision—and advanced Excel skills are desirable. Required qualifications include a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Degree in Maintenance, with a solid technical foundation.
